Launched in 2015, Eijkelkamp North America represents the Dutch-family-owned company, Royal Eijkelkamp, founded in 1911. We provide solutions for soil and (ground) water protection projects with smart products. Eijkelkamp North America is based in Wilmington, NC in the United States. Our parent company, Royal Eijkelkamp, is based in Giesbeek in the Netherlands. Learn more about Royal Eijkelkamp below.
We provide sonic and conventional drilling and sampling technology, including FRASTE drills, that are used for environmental drilling, mineral exploration, geotechnical soil/water research, as well as dewatering pumps and cone penetration testing (CPT) equipment.
Soil and water are important parts of global issues related to land degradation, food security, natural resources, land development, urbanization, and pollution. Eijkelkamp North America is proud to help tackle these issues, and more, with effective, safer, and more ergonomic tools.
The history of Royal Eijkelkamp is not a standard one: a small local forge, established at the beginning of the previous century, grew into a group of companies that develop and supply equipment for research of the earth worldwide. You could call that unique.
Eijkelkamp has been active in the Netherlands since 1911 and in 2011 was awarded the title 'Royal': the crown on its 100th anniversary. This title is only awarded to companies that meet a strict number of requirements.
Professionals from the world of environmental soil research, water management, and civil engineering have been trained by the Eijkelkamp Academy for many years. The Eijkelkamp Academy training courses value for expertise, interaction, personal attention and learning by doing.
