Step-by-step instructions

Notify us of your return via the return form at the bottom of this page.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return request from Royal Eijkelkamp.
Note: For wrongly ordered products, we will charge re-stocking and handling fees. These costs are 10% of the invoice, with a minimum of € 35,-. If, upon receipt of the returned item(s), it appears that one or more products do not comply with the conditions, then additional costs can be charged.
Package your product and add our e-mail confirmation to the box.
If Royal Eijkelkamp determines upon receipt of your return shipment that the return satisfies the conditions, you will receive a credit invoice. If the return does not satisfy the conditions, we will contact you.
