CG-500/031

The ChemGrout CG-500/031 is a robust machine and has a high capacity. This makes the machine suitable for many applications. You can use the Chemgrout for geotechnical purposes but also for marine or utility purposes.

  • High capacity machine
  • Large hopper with a capacity of 170 litres
  • Equipped with two mixing tanks

Description

The ChemGrout CG-500/031 Geothermal series has a high capacity and is designed for grouting geothermal loops. These skid mounted grout plants efficiently mix and pump the high ratio sand/bentonite materials specified by loop designers. The ChemGrout-500/031 is equipped with two mixing tanks with a capacity of 265 litres. In addition, the machine is equipped with a large hopper with a capacity of 170 litres. Finally, the machine has a robust single acting 3" piston grout pump.

The mixing tanks are equipped with baffles, a bag breaker and a highly efficient paddle mixer. The paddle mixers have a variable speed. This ensures that the grout is mixed quickly. The tank outlets are large sliding doors allowing viscous grout to flow quickly into the removable storage hopper.

The dual mixing tanks alternate feeding of the hopper and ensure a pumping speed of up to 16 gpm. The grout pump is a 3" positive displacement, single acting piston pump that can be disassembled with a hammer for quick and thorough cleaning. The steel frame is robust and therefore able to withstand harsh conditions. The control panel is centrally located. This is clear to the user and ensures that one can work productively.

Applications include:

  • Geotechnical - geothermal grouting, deep well casing, monitor wells, well sealing and abandonment
  • Marine - underwater foundations, piers, breakers, shoreline foundations
  • Utilities - encasements, waterproofing, slope line grouting
